As a registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience in the field, I am passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food and address their health concerns.

I believe that to address nutrition concerns, we need to understand the needs and concerns of the community we serve. My experience working in bariatrics, a Level I trauma hospital, transplant nutrition, and community outreach has given me a unique perspective on how to help my community.

More about Brandy

I’m a military spouse, boy mom, Michigander, and Ohio-based registered dietitian. As the founder of Eating With Love nutrition counseling, I help busy women discover healthier relationships with food, and improve their risk for heart disease by building sustainable eating habits for life.

I’m a proud graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, and I hold a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Hawai’i and a master’s in nutrition from the University of Alabama.

I’m passionate about translating nutrition science into ‘easy to digest’ information to support and sustain healthy lifestyles. When I’m not counseling clients, you can find me dancing in the kitchen, building LEGOs with my kiddo, watching HGTV with my hubby, laughing with girlfriends, or taking a much needed hike in nature.
