Ingredients
- 1 (12oz) package corn tortillas
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix lime juice and oil. Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil mixture.
- Stack tortillas in layers of 5 or 6. Cut through each stack to make 8 wedges.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Combine cumin, chili powder, salt in a small bowl. Lightly sprinkle mix on tortilla wedges.
- Bake until golden brown and crisp, rotating the baking sheets once, about 12-15 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
