Easy Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) package corn tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix lime juice and oil. Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil mixture. 
  3. Stack tortillas in layers of 5 or 6. Cut through each stack to make 8 wedges.
  4. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Combine cumin, chili powder, salt in a small bowl. Lightly sprinkle mix on tortilla wedges.
  6. Bake until golden brown and crisp, rotating the baking sheets once, about 12-15 minutes
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • To store, place in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
